Eurovision 2021: Tusse per la Svezia con il brano "Voices"
Tousin Michael Chiza, meglio conosciuto come Tusse, è un cantante svedese con radici congolesi che ha prenotato il suo biglietto per l'Eurovision quando ha vinto "Melodifestivalen" con una frana.
Un nome familiare in Svezia, Tusse ha avuto la sua occasione fortunata in Sweden's Got Talent (avanzando alle semifinali) prima di consolidare la sua popolarità quando ha vinto Swedish Idol nel 2019.
Ha già ottenuto una serie di successi a suo nome, tra cui My Soul Is Calling You (un omaggio a sua madre), la ballata A Better You e una versione di How Will I Know di Whitney Houston . La scorsa primavera, Tusse ha pubblicato Innan du går (Before You Go), la sua prima canzone interamente cantata in svedese.
Sempre pragmatico, alla domanda di Måns Zelmerlöw dopo aver vinto il Melodifestivalen : "Sei eccitato per l'Eurovision adesso?" Tusse ha risposto: 'No, lunedì devo consegnare un saggio in Scienze della natura. Cosa per cui sono molto eccitato. Questa è dedizione!
