Eurovision 2021, per la Finlandia i Blind Channel e la loro "Dark Side"
Blind Channel sono composti da Joel Hokka (voce e chitarra), Niko Vilhelm (voce), Joonas Porko (chitarra), Olli Matela (basso), Tommi Lalli (batteria) più la recente aggiunta e il sesto membro Aleksi Kaunisvesi (tastiere), dando la band il numero perfetto di membri per il palco dell'Eurovision Song Contest.
I Blind Channel descrivono il loro stile di musica come "pop violento" e sono stati paragonati alla band britannica di alt-metal Bring Me The Horizon. Avendo affinato la loro arte sulla scena underground finlandese, la band crede che sia finalmente giunto il momento per loro di portare il loro suono nel mondo. Come si è visto in UMK, questi rocker adorano mettere su uno spettacolo e non sono estranei a buffonate folli e grandi gesti.
Costituita nel 2013, la band ha puntato senza esitazione al dominio globale. Nel 2014 sono stati invitati a suonare al Wacken Open Air in Germania, il più grande festival heavy metal all'aperto del pianeta, e subito dopo hanno firmato il loro primo contratto discografico.
Mentre questi ragazzi possono divertirsi con i fuochi d'artificio, la voce forte e il dito medio, hanno scelto Euphoria di Loreen come la loro canzone Eurovision preferita di tutti i tempi su Hard Rock Hallelujah.
